How to request an account deletion?

Whether you want to clean up some old accounts or are concerned for your own personal privacy, we've got you covered! Requesting account deletion is extremely easy.

You can request to delete your account by emailing dataprotection@ezrinix.com with the subject line DATA DELETION REQUEST. The email must be done exactly as shown.

We will ask some questions and may request documents to verify account ownership. Once we verify you are, in fact, the account owner, we will proceed with the account deletion request within 24 to 48 hours. Once the request has been completed, you will be contacted, letting you know that the request has been completed.
